Earth Day on the Mall
Current mood: exhausted
If Mother Nature wants to monsoon on her day...then that's her call. But we need to have more umbrella stands around town.

What a cool event, Earth Day on the National Mall. The storms really showed us who's boss. As I was ducking for cover, trying not to get hit by lightening...I was struck again that there aren't any stores near the mall to grab things like ponchos and umbrellas.  Ok...so that's just a random thought that doesn't really have anything to do with earth day.

If that's the last walk up my street for a while, trudging into the driving, windy rain...that would be awesome.
