The Victim Assistance and Sexual Assault Program in Rockville partnered with the 911 Cell Phone Bank several years ago. Cell phones collected in the community are turned over to the 911 Cell Phone Bank for processing. In return, the 911 Cell Phone Bank provides the program with the cash value of the collected cell phones as well as emergency cell phones.
